Being one of the announcers at Five I was hoping that they'd dig out a few old programmes ( i.e. Prisoner, and Sons & Daughters) but alas no.
  
Maybe Miss Lehman will be at Five's big birthday party tonight. Ok so it's unlikely but she is in the UK now isn't she?? 
  So far I've heard rumours we'll be rubbing shoulders with P. Diddy! ( I mean for gods sake why???? Trisha and some bloke I don't know LOL)

I just noticed there's a minor anniversary coming up for PCBH on UK television.

As Channel 5 (or "five" as they now are) are advertising that "five 
is ten" (or ten years old), it follows that it's also the 10th 
anniversary of Prisoner's first and only complete nationwide 
broadcast in the UK.

The first episode of Prisoner was shown on Channel 5 on 1st April 
1997 (at 4:40 am!)

Good excuse to dust off those old VHS tapes and have a nostalgic wallow.
